With weather threatening the Bristol (Tenn) area, the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series teams were still able to hit the .533-mile Bristol Motor Speedway short track on Saturday morning for practice. Unfortunately for two drivers, their sessions were cut short due to incidents in this morning’s practice session. Due to a morning rain shower and lingering rain forcasted for later today, NASCAR gave the XFINITY Series teams just 55-minutes of practice this weekend at the Bristol Motor Speedway.
