INDIANAPOLIS – The annual Hoosier Hundred will take place at the Indiana State Fairgrounds on Thursday night, as it will be another classic USAC Silver Crown Race. The biggest storyline though will be, can anyone stop Kody Swanson. Swanson, 29, has won the last three straight years and is looking for a fourth straight win in the 63rd running of the event. Bobby Santos Wins the USAC Silver Crown Race in Phoenix

Avondale, AZ – For the first time in nearly a decade, the USAC Silver Crown Series returned to the Phoenix International Raceway. The return was better than advertised too. Pole sitter Bobby Santos had a thrilling battle with David Byrne over the last several laps, which saw Santos get by Byrne with seven laps-to-go and never look back en route to the victory in Saturday’s Phoenix Copper Cup.
