Sergio Perez will be treated like a rock star this weekend as he returns home for the Mexican Grand Prix. Perez, has a great shot of success too, as the “Big 3” teams have had up and down moments in this race. Lewis Hamilton finished ninth last year. Sebastian Vettel has never had a podium in Mexico. Force India, Magnussen Strong Sleepers For Sunday’s Russian Grand Prix

We all know that if Sunday’s Russian Grand Prix rolls off without a hitch, then one of the two Mercedes drivers likely lands the victory. They’ve won all four races in Sochi since 2014 and has locked out the front row. Good luck going against them? But, throw in Red Bull’s misery overall in Russia and grid penalties, I don’t think either driver lands in the top five on Sunday. That opens the door for some new drivers.

Force India Strong Again At Baku

I don’t know what it is about the Baku City street circuit that drives the best out of Force India. In 2016, Sergio Perez started second and brought his No. 11 Mercedes home third. Last year, he started sixth but had an early retirement. But, in 2017, his teammate Esteban Ocon was strong in starting seventh and finishing sixth. So far this weekend, both drivers have been strong again.
