INDIANAPOLIS – Saturday’s Pro Mazda Series race at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway was a race of attrition. It all started off on the drop of the green flag when rookies Robert Megennis and Rinus VeeKay made contact before they even took the flag as VeeKay was out with a last place finish before the race even began. LEEDS, Ala – Its been a flawless weekend thus far for Parker Thompson. The rookie was fastest in the lone practice session of the weekend on Friday at the Barber Motorsports Park. Leeds, Ala – After having a little over a month off, two of the three Mazda Road to Indy ladders were back in action on Friday at the Barber Motorsports Park.
