It’s no secret, one of the best developmental programs in NASCAR comes through the Toyota camp. Every year, the manufacturer has a long list of drivers coming through the ranks with their stamp of approval. Right now, they have five very talented drivers in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series with Denny Hamlin, Kyle Busch, Erik Jones, Daniel Suarez and Martin Truex Jr. They also have several up and coming drivers moving their ways through the ranks right now too.
Mobil 1 The Grid has an excellent feature on that developmental program and spent some time with Kyle Busch Motorsports’ Todd Gilliland and Noah Gragson and Joe Gibbs Racing prospect Ryan Preece to find out more about the impact the scheme is having on their careers.
