NASCAR Moves Sunday’s Cup Race In New Hampshire Up An Hour To 1 p.m. ET

Due to a gloomy forecast for Sunday in New England, NASCAR and track officials have moved up the start time for the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway to 1 p.m. ET (NBCSN/NBC Sports App, PRN, SiriusXM NASCAR Radio).

The Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 was originally set for 2 p.m. ET. with a green flag for 2:15 p.m. ET. That start time to go along with all pre-race ceremonies have now been moved up to one hour earlier.

Officials reached that decision Saturday morning, faced with a chance of precipitation in the race-day forecast at the 1.058-mile track.
