After 22 Laps, Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama Delayed Until Monday

LEEDS, Ala – For just the second time in a decade, the Verizon IndyCar Series will be racing on a Monday. Sunday’s Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama was rain delayed and will resume on Monday as a result of puddling on the 2.3-mile Barber Motorsports Park surface. The race will resume on Lap 22 with Josef Newgarden leading at 11:30 a.m. ET on NBCSN with a green flag around Noon ET/11 am locally.
