CJ Leary Leading Indiana Sprint Week Points Standings Heading Into 4 Races In 4 Nights Starting Tonight in Terre Haute

INDIANAPOLIS – After a one night hiatus, the Indiana Sprint Week will return to action tonight at Terre Haute, starting a stretch of four races in four nights that will see the ISW champion crowned on Saturday night. So far, it looks like CJ Leary has the inside track at his first ISW crown, as the Indiana native has won the last two races of the prestigious event.

Leary, won at Lawrenceburg on Sunday night and Gas City on Monday en route to a 13 points lead over second place Thomas Meseraull in the standings.  Brady Bacon is third in the points following three-straight top-five performances (3rd at Kokomo, 2nd at Lawrenceburg and 5th at Gas City). 

Robert Ballou is fourth in the points ahead of Kevin Thomas, Jr. who rounds out the current top-five.

Gates open at 3 pm for Wednesday’s Terre Haute.  Grandstands open at 4 pm.  Cars are scheduled to hit the track at 6:30 pm ET.

Following Terre Haute, the USAC AMSOIL Sprint Car National Championship schedule carries on Thursday, July 13 at Lincoln Park Speedway in Putnamville, Friday, July 14 at Bloomington Speedway and the ISW finale Saturday, July 15 at Tri-State Speedway in Haubstadt.
